[Chapter 1: General Provisions]
Article 1 Purpose

[Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement]
Article 4 Establishment of Use Agreement
① If the customer checks the "I agree" on the Membership Agreement and then apply for membership at the time of application for use, it is considered that the customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
② The use agreement is established by the company's approval of the application for use of the customer.
Article 5 Application for Use

Article 6 Approval of application for use

Article 7 Limitation of consent to application for use

② Some of the use of the service may be restricted depending on the qualifications of the member.
Article 8 Change of Agreement
In the event that any changes are made to the items described in the application for use, the member shall make modifications in accordance with the form and method prescribed by the Company as a separate use method.

Article 9 Beginning of Use of Service
① The Company shall start the service from the time of acceptance of the membership application. However, in case of some services, the Service will start from the specified date.
② If the Company fails to commence the Service due to business or technical difficulties, it will be posted on the website or notified to the member.
Article 10 Changes and Suspensions of Service
① The Company may change the contents of the service in whole or in part from time to time without prior notice.
② The Company may limit or discontinue all or part of the service in the following cases.
1. Inevitable due to repair work of service equipment
2. If a member interferes with the company's business activities
3. In case of interruption of normal service due to power outage, disorder of facilities or runaway usage
4. If there is a force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies
③ In the event of suspension of service under the preceding paragraph, the Company shall notify the user in the manner prescribed in Article 9, Paragraph 2. However, this is not the case if it is impossible to give advance notice due to interruption of service due to reasons that can not be controlled by the Company
(disk failure, system down, etc. not caused by system administrator's intention or negligence).
Article 11 Protection of User's Personal Information
① The user is responsible for all management of one’s ID and password.

[Chapter 4 Withdrawal of User and Restriction of Use]
Article 15 Withdrawal of User and Restriction of Use

③ If the Company decides to terminate the membership of the user, the membership registration is canceled. In this case, the member who is the user is notified before the registration termination and given the opportunity for explanation.
Article 16 Prohibition of Transfer
Member shall not transfer or give the right of use of Service or other status on use agreement to others, and all rights and responsibilities, including copyrights to the posting, shall be borne by the member who posted it.
[Chapter 5 Compensation for Damages and Other Matters]
Article 17 Compensation for Damages
① The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the member in connection with the use of the Service while the service charge is free.

Article 18 Exemption Provisions
① If the Company can not provide Services due to natural disasters or force majeure, the Company shall not be liable for the provision of Services.
② The Company shall not be liable for the failure in use of the service due to the member.
③ The Company shall not be responsible for the loss of the profit that the member expects from using the Service and shall not be liable for other damages caused by the data obtained through the Service. The Company shall not be held liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of the information, data and facts posted on the website by the member.
④ The Company has no obligation to intervene in the dispute arising out between the members or between the member and the third party through the Service, and is not responsible for the damage caused by the dispute.
Article 19 Competent Court
① If a dispute arises between the Company and the Member regarding the use of the Service, it can not be filed unless the dispute between the Company and the Member has been sincerely negotiated in order to resolve the dispute.
② If the dispute is not settled in the consultation set forth in paragraph ① of this Article, the parties may file a complaint with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act
(Supplementary Provision) - These Terms and Conditions will be effective from January 1, 2017.
